By registering on, accessing, or using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you should cease using the Platform immediately.
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services, applicable regulations, or business requirements. Continued use of the Platform following such changes will be deemed as acceptance of the updated Terms.
Prism 7 Talent Connect provides a digital recruitment and talent engagement platform that enables job seekers to connect with employers, recruiters, and hiring organisations. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Candidate registration, profile creation, CV submission, and talent matching
Employer and recruiter accounts, job posting, and candidate search functionality
Interview management and communication tools
Digital document upload and verification
Subscription plans and premium recruitment features
Automated and filtered candidate matching tools
Consultancy and advisory services, where applicable
We do not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or hiring outcomes for candidates, nor do we guarantee the suitability or accuracy of roles shared by employers.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work or hire in your relevant jurisdiction in order to use the Platform.
When creating or using an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
Keep your details up to date (including CV and contact information)
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Not transfer or share access to your account
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent, inactive, or in breach of these Terms.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful, discriminatory, or deceptive purposes
Submit misleading or inaccurate profile, company, or job posting information
Promote or engage in harassment, abuse, or defamatory communications
Attempt to access restricted, unauthorised, or private areas of the Platform
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious content
Scrape, extract, copy, or download content using automated tools or bots
Misuse or share candidate or employer information without consent
Violate intellectual property rights of others
Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or supporting servers
We may remove or suspend content, accounts, or access privileges if these conditions are breached.
We process personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including:
GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – EU/UK)
PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law – UAE)
POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act – South Africa)
We take appropriate steps to protect your information, including secure processing, lawful data transfers, encryption, confidentiality agreements, and controlled access. More detailed information is available in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All platform design, layout, content, features, software, trademarks, branding, databases, and intellectual property are the property of Prism 7 Talent Connect or its licensors.
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., CVs, company profiles, job postings). However, by submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide licence to use, store, process, and display that content solely for recruitment and platform service purposes.
You confirm you have the legal right to submit such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Certain features of the Platform are provided through subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to:
Pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription tier
Provide accurate billing and payment details
Authorise recurring payments, where applicable
Understand that subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Pricing may change, but you will be notified in advance. Changes do not affect current subscription periods.
When using the Service as a candidate, you agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and CV
Update your employment status, skills, and preferences as needed
Understand that employers and recruiters may view your profile
Manage your own negotiations, contracts, and employment decisions
Prism 7 Talent Connect is not legally responsible for job offers, employment outcomes, salary negotiations, or contractual terms between candidates and employers.
If using the Platform as an employer or recruiter, you agree to:
Provide accurate company and job vacancy information
Comply with applicable labour, employment, and anti-discrimination laws
Use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes
Respect confidentiality and data protection obligations
Prism 7 Talent Connect is not responsible for verifying candidate suitability, legal employment eligibility, or hiring outcomes unless contracted separately.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not represent or warrant that:
The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any candidate will be hired or receive employment offers
Any employer will find suitable or verified candidates
Uploaded content will be free from inaccuracies or omissions
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism 7 Talent Connect shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of earnings, employment opportunities, or business revenue
Data loss, service interruption, or system downtime
In any case, our total liability for claims relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid to us by you in the twelve months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Prism 7 Talent Connect and its affiliates harmless against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Breach of these Terms
Misuse of the Platform
Unlawful use of candidate or employer data
Violation of third-party intellectual or privacy rights
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if your conduct:
Violates these Terms or legal requirements
Is harmful to users, the Platform, or third parties
Is fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Certain provisions, such as confidentiality and intellectual property, will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on the Platform along with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after amendments confirms acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be limited or removed while the remaining terms remain fully enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Prism 7 Talent Connect regarding your use of the Service.
